1. SHIPPING RATES & THE 2026 PRICE HIKE We are fully aware that international shipping costs from Spain are currently very high. We do not profit from shipping costs. The prices you see at checkout reflect the official 2026 rates imposed by Correos (Spanish National Post). We have adjusted our prices to the bare minimum required to cover the postage and the protective packaging. We appreciate your understanding and support for the underground despite these corporate hurdles.

2. SHIPPING METHOD

• Spain: All orders are sent via Paq Ligero (Tracked delivery to your mailbox).
• Europe (EU): Sent via Registered Mail / Paq Light International (Tracked).
• Rest of the World: Sent via Registered Mail (Tracked).
• Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed.

3. HANDLING TIME Unholy Steel is a DIY operation, not Amazon. We typically ship orders once a week (usually on Fridays). Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and packed.

4. PACKAGING We are collectors too. We know the pain of receiving a cracked jewel case. All items are packed securely with bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard to withstand the postal war zone.

5. RETURNS & LOSSES All sales are final. No returns or exchanges unless we sent you the wrong item. Once the package is handed over to the post office, we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods, although we will provide full assistance with the tracking number to locate it.

If your order exceeds a certain weight (large bulk orders), the system may not calculate shipping costs automatically during checkout. If you see an error or no shipping options available, please contact us immediately via email

1. TARIFAS DE ENVÍO Y PRECIOS 2026 Somos conscientes de que los envíos internacionales desde España son elevados. No ganamos dinero con los gastos de envío. Los precios reflejan las tarifas oficiales vigentes en 2026 impuestas por Correos España. Hemos ajustado los costes al mínimo necesario para cubrir el franqueo y el material de protección. Agradecemos vuestro apoyo al underground a pesar de estas barreras logísticas.

2. MÉTODO DE ENVÍO

• España: Todos los pedidos se envían mediante Paq Ligero (Entrega con seguimiento en tu buzón).
• Europa y Resto del Mundo: Envíos certificados con número de seguimiento.
• Seguimiento: Recibirás tu número de tracking por email en cuanto procesemos tu pedido.

3. TIEMPO DE PROCESAMIENTO Unholy Steel es una distro DIY autogestionada. Solemos realizar los envíos una vez por semana (normalmente los viernes). Por favor, danos un margen de 3-5 días laborables para preparar y empaquetar tu pedido.

4. EMBALAJE También somos coleccionistas. Sabemos lo que duele recibir una caja rota. Todo el material se envía protegido con plástico de burbujas y cartón rígido para resistir el trato de correos.

5. DEVOLUCIONES Y PÉRDIDAS Todas las ventas son definitivas. No se aceptan devoluciones salvo error por nuestra parte (envío del artículo equivocado). Una vez el paquete se entrega en Correos, no nos hacemos responsables de daños o pérdidas, aunque facilitaremos toda la ayuda posible con el número de seguimiento.

Si tu pedido excede cierto peso (pedidos grandes/muchos artículos), es posible que el sistema no calcule los gastos de envío automáticamente al finalizar la compra. Si te aparece un error o no ves opciones de envío disponibles, por favor escríbenos un email inmediatamente
